Needless to say, that place will get $0 from me ever again in life.

I called my CC company and they truly did charge my card, I had to report the fraud and get a new card and I went home that night with bruises across both of my arms. At that point, I called the police and his story changed.he went from being the manager to being a bouncer and claimed he was protecting the establishment yet there was 0 proof that anyone felt threatened, that I harassed anyone or that I was committing any type of offense. I was physically assaulted by this fucking animal because his employee committed fraud and he didn't want me to tell the customers inside the bar. As this is happening, this fucking savage who identified himself as the manager comes up to me from around the bar and physically puts his hands on me, picks me up from my seat, drags me out of the bar and threw me out. Once I see this, I flip out and start yelling at the top of my lungs that she signed my CC receipt without authorization, she's committed fraud and I was going to report it to my CC company.I also turned to other patrons at the bar and told them what was going on. As the bartender and I are arguing, she walks back to the back of the bar comes up to my side of the bar and snatches the receipt out of my hand, fraudulently signs it on my behalf and charges my card anyway. I may have used profanity and cursed her out but at no point did I move from my seat nor did I threaten anyone in that entire establishment. Obviously me being upset and feeling incredibly disrespected we had a verbal altercation, words were exchanged but let me be clear.0 were threatening. Not only this, while I'm in my same exact seat at the end of the bar the bartender comes up to me from around the bar and tells me to sign the receipt and get out because I was "annoying" her.

What ever happened to basic customer service etiquette "the customer is always right?" They obviously missed the memo. At this point I'm in total shock because as a paying customer who had been to this establishment and many others in my lifetime I have never heard of such a thing. The logical next step is to call the manager over, she calls this guy over who never tells me his name.he just identifies himself as the manager and basically reiterated what the bartender said.I shouldn't have drank the drink and not his problem. I called the bartender over and disputed the charge (like any normal person would) and she basically said it's not her problem because no one told me to drink the erroneous drink (even though she said it was OK for me to do so). The bartender then blames the original bartender (who took my order) for giving her the wrong order and since she was going to throw out the drink anyway.I asked her if she could leave the drink with me and bring me back what I asked her, she said "ok, no problem." Afterwards, the bartender comes back with the three shots I originally asked for and I stayed for about another hour before I decided it was time to go, at that point I asked for the bill and when I got it I noticed I was charged $14 for the drink that was given to me in error. I asked for three lemon drop shots from one bartender and another bartender comes back a few minutes later with a single drink in a martini glass, essentially she combined all three shots in one drink.not what I ordered. Over the summer, I had the misfortune of going to Tropix Bar & Lounge for drinks after a Colombia Copa America game.
